2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- Items are out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in product descriptions, pricing or promotions.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel your order after your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Pricing and Payment
We strive to ensure all product prices and information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law and free shipping within the United States. Sales tax for Virginia residents is calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping for all orders delivered within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–6 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Transit times and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping costs and do not charge restocking fees. Please contact us at support@evagears.net with your order number to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and specifications accurately. However, slight differences in colour or design may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing variations. References to third‑party brands (e.g. Sony, PlayStation) are for identification purposes only; EvaGears is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.
Unless otherwise stated, EvaGears does not provide a separate warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty. For warranty issues, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with the product.
