A small operation out of Centreville, Virginia. We started because we kept running into the same problem, the peripherals that looked great in photos rarely held up six months later. So we got selective about what we stock.
Our Story
It started with a controller that broke in four months
A few years back, one of us bought a PS4 controller from a marketplace sellerΒ looked genuine, solid reviews. The left stick started drifting by month four. Sent it back, got an apology and a $10 coupon. No real explanation of what was actually in the box.
That's not a rare story. The electronics resale market has a sourcing problem most shops don't talk about: a lot of "new" product moves through grey-market warehouses with no clear chain of custody. It's the reason we started EvaGears with a deliberately short product list, fewer SKUs, more time spent on each one.
We're two people based out of Centreville, Virginia. One of us handles sourcing and vendor relationships; the other handles logistics and customer support. We've both been into gaming hardware for a long time. That's about as romantic as the founding story gets.

How We Pick Products
Careful curation and evaluation.
We research each item thoroughly, assessing build quality, supplier documentation and user feedback to ensure it meets our standards. We pay close attention to component quality, durability and performance over time, and we rely on verified reviews from the gaming community.
If a manufacturer can't give us documentation on the specific batch, we pass. We'd rather carry ten products we stand behind than sixty we're not sure about.
Returns Policy
Plain English. No tricks.
New, unopened items back within 30 days for a full refund β no restocking fee. We cover return shipping on anything that arrived defective or was our mistake.Β Return is alsoΒ free if you simply changed your mind.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5β7 business days of us receiving the return. If it's taking longer, email us β we're two people, not a ticketing queue.
