EvaGears Return & Refund Policy

At EvaGears, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If a product isn’t the right fit for your setup, we’ve made our return process completely transparent and straightforward.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the exact date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Return Shipping: Free. EvaGears covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Whether the item arrived damaged, is defective, or you simply changed your mind, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: $0. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees to process your return.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Please ensure all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included in the return box.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@evagears.net with your order number.
  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without first contacting us to obtain your prepaid return label.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@evagears.net with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
