2. Free Return Shipping
EvaGears provides free return shipping for eligible returns.
After contacting our customer support team, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
EvaGears does not charge return shipping fees, handling fees, processing fees, or restocking fees for eligible returns.
3. No Restocking Fees
EvaGears does not charge restocking fees.
Eligible returned items that comply with this policy will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
At the time of publication of this policy, EvaGears does not sell products designated as non-returnable.

8. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
